Expiration & hold window

WooCommerce-enabled bookings start as `pending_payment` and can expire via cron after `hold_minutes` (default 30) when no order is attached.

Cron hook `rocwp_wcphoto/cron/expire_bookings` runs hourly; expired bookings email both admin and customer.
