Add the manage page (client self-service)

Create a page “Manage Booking” with `[wcphotopro_manage_booking]`.  

In **Photopro → WooCommerce** settings, set “Manage Page ID” to this page.  

Emails will prefer this link; if not set, the virtual endpoint `?wcphoto_manage=1&wcphoto_token=…` is used.
